Terms of Services
These Terms of Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) of the Peremoga business space (hereinafter referred to as Peremoga or the Business Space) are an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement published on the Business Space’s website.
By making a payment or partial prepayment for the rental of a workplace, room, hall, or office in Peremoga, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Rules.
- GENERAL TERMS
1.1. These Rules have been developed by Peremoga in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Commercial Code of Ukraine, and other legal acts regulating this area of activity.
1.2. These Rules establish the terms and requirements for providing rental and sublease services for non-residential premises (service-related activities) (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
1.3. These Rules regulate the legal relations between the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer or Tenant) and Peremoga as the Service Provider.
1.4. These Rules are mandatory and apply to all individuals and legal entities, as well as business entities of all forms of ownership, who order Services from the Provider (Peremoga).
1.5. These Rules are an internal regulatory document of the Provider and are made available to Customers via the Provider’s website: https://peremoga.space.
Acknowledgement of the Customer’s awareness of the Rules is confirmed by signing the Agreement and/or commencing the use of the Services.
1.6. These Rules may be amended, adjusted, or canceled by the Provider at any time at its discretion, without prior notice to Customers.
- TYPES OF SERVICES
2.1. Peremoga Business Space provides and classifies its Services as follows:
Private Office, Fixed Workplace, Coworking, Event Hall, Meeting Room, and Additional Services.
- COWORKING SERVICES TERMS
3.1. The Customer may book a Coworking Service for a day (according to Peremoga’s schedule) in advance through the webpage: https://w.wlaunch.net/i/peremoga/about
3.2. The Customer may also purchase the service directly at the reception, subject to availability and according to current rates.
3.3. Upon registration, a visitor card is issued. In case of damage or loss, a penalty fee of 100 UAH applies.
3.4. Customers using Coworking locations must follow the “Culture of Silence” guidelines to ensure a comfortable working environment for everyone.
- PRIVATE OFFICE SERVICE TERMS
4.1. The Private Office Service is provided under an additional sublease agreement and specific arrangements between the parties.
4.2. A Customer with a Private Office obtains Resident status and receives a package of Additional Services, including:
– access to coffee points;
– 24/7 access to the location;
– access to the booking system;
– security and video surveillance;
– administrator support;
– cleaning services.
4.3. The service is provided upon payment of a monthly fee (first payment and renewals at the Tenant’s discretion) and a security deposit (last month of the sublease period).
- FIXED WORKPLACE SERVICE TERMS
5.1. Замовник зобов’язаний:
– своєчасно оплатити і отримати Замовлення у строки на умовах цього Договору;
– ознайомитись з інформацією про Послуги, яка розміщена на сайті Виконавця https://peremoga.space/, або за отриманням консультації на рецепції.
5.2. Замовник має право:
– оформити Замовлення Послуг, зазначених на відповідній сторінці Веб-сайту https://peremoga.space/;
– вимагати від Виконавця надання Послуг відповідно до умов цього Договору;
– інші права відповідно до чинного законодавства України та цього Договору.5.1. A Fixed Workplace Customer receives the same level of services as a Resident.
5.2. The workplace is assigned to the Customer in a shared office.
5.3. The service is governed by a sublease agreement for the workplace.
5.4. Payment terms: monthly fee (first payment and renewals at the Tenant’s discretion) and a security deposit (last month of the sublease period).
- EVENT HALL AND MEETING ROOM SERVICE TERMS
6.1. Customers can book Event Halls and Meeting Rooms under the Public Offer Agreement.
6.2. After each event or booking, the premises are inspected for any damage.
6.3. Bookings may be extended, subject to availability in the Wlaunch system.
6.4. Events or bookings may also be arranged under a separate agreement between the parties.
- ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
7.1. Peremoga encourages adherence to environmental responsibility.
7.2. The Business Space provides:
– Recycling bins for plastic bottles, paper cups, paper, and cardboard;
– A “YaPomoga” recycling box for plastic bottles (located in the Kitchen area);
– Cardboard and paper boxes near the printing zone;
– Waste and recycling bins near the coffee points on each floor.
- CODE OF CONDUCT IN PEREMOGA| REFUND POLICE:
8.1. The following actions must be coordinated with the Peremoga manager:
– sending/receiving mail or packages addressed to Peremoga;
– receiving large shipments;
– moving furniture between locations;
– removing any Peremoga property from the premises;
– adjusting ventilation or air conditioning settings;
– long- or short-term storage of personal items.
8.2. Smoking (including electronic devices) is permitted only in designated outdoor areas or on the Terrace.
8.3. Meals requiring heating should preferably be consumed in the Kitchen areas.
- PROPERTY DAMAGE
9.1. The Tenant bears the risk of accidental damage or destruction of Peremoga property or premises.
9.2. In the event of damage, the Customer is responsible for reimbursing Peremoga for repairs or replacement according to the current market value.
